In September 2013, Eglantine Flottes started as Department Manager at IDEEL, a new Institute for the Energy Transition located near Lyon. She took in charge three Research Programs: Bioenergy, Energy Efficiency and CO2 utilisation. They include several French collaborative projects: Valenthin (PSPC), Valorco (ADEME) and Val CO2 (FUI).
Previously, she had worked in GDF SUEZ Research Center CRIGEN between 2004 and 2013, first as an Engineer then as a Manager, in the field of modelisation and optimisation of gas transmission networks.
She graduated in General Engineering from Centrale Paris in 2004.
